When you request the starter kit, we collect your first name, email address, and consent timestamp in a local SQLite database to administer the signup and future newsletters. We do not ask for medical records. The site does not currently send automated emails or share signup data with an email provider.

You can request removal of your information using the contact method published when email services are configured. Do not launch public signup until you have established a working unsubscribe and privacy contact process.
